Ordering

Our shop is operated by our sister company, Vision Sports Publishing. Payment must be made in £ sterling and is via the secure site at Worldpay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Eurocard, Visa Delta, Solo, Switch, JCB and Electron. We do not currently accept American Express, Diners Club or Maestro.

Delivery and Despatch

We deliver to most countries in the world directly from our Distribution Centre in London, England. The vast majority of our orders are processed and despatched within three working days of being received. You will receive an e-mail to let you know that your order has been received, and another when your book or books have been despatched.

Postage Methods and Expected Delivery Times

UK orders

Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery after the despatch of your order.

EU and the Rest of Europe

Air mail. Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel.

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Rest of the World

Air Mail. Please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel.

Postage Rates

Our rates are based on the actual weight of the books as we see this as being the fairest way of charging postage. The postage and packing charge is applied after you have entered your delivery details in the ordering process.

UK orders:

• £2.49 for up to 249 grammes
• £2.79 for 250 – 499 grammes
• £3.25 for 500 – 749 grammes
• £3.69 for 750 – 999 grammes
• £4.75 for 1,000 – 1,250 grammes
• £0.70 for each additional 250 grammes

European Countries:

• £3.15 for up to 300 grammes
• £0.11 for each additional 20 grammes

Rest of the World:

• £4.79 for up to 300 grammes
• £0.22 for each additional 20 grammes
